2. Classifying & Separating Classification and separation involve the sorting of particles according to their size. This is done by subjecting them to centrifugal force, gravity, inertial force and other forces in a medium such as air.
2. Dust Removal & CollectionThe powder, after being ground and classified, is collected by either a cyclone separator or a dust collector, or both if necessary. A filter bag, a filter cartridge, or a plastic burning plate type dust remover may be used.
2. Powder Surface Modification Surface modification is a common processing method necessary for turning regular incremental fillers into functional ones. Its primary purpose is to modify the surface area of mineral fillers.
