Wan Chun
Chief Engineer
Wan Chun is the Chief Engineer of ALPA and a graduate of the Hefei University of Technology for Computer Technology and Application. He has extensive experience in project management, having previously worked at the Third Design and Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of China, and China Office of IVA Company of Germany. Under his direction, various non-metallic ultra-fine powder processing projects were successfully executed, including Sichuan Baoxing's Phase II 30,000-ton ultra-fine calcium carbonate project, Hubei Huangshi Huijin's 30,000-ton ultra-fine calcium carbonate project, Benxi Changtai's 50,000-ton super-fine calcium carbonate project, Kunshan Taijia's 20,000-ton glass-fiber-grade quartz powder project, and Dalian Rhi's 50,000-ton light-burned magnesium powder project.
Liao Hongqiang
Postdoctoral
Liao was selected in the “National Hundred and Thousand and Ten-Thousand Talent Project of Beijing”. After graduating from Tsinghua University with a postdoctoral degree from the Department of Thermal Engineering, he became the director of the Institute of Comprehensive Utilization of Resources and Environmental Protection at Shougang Research Institute of Technology as well as the deputy director of the Beijing Key Laboratory of Solid Waste Management and Comprehensive Utilization of College of Engineering, Peking University. His current position is deputy director of the Shanxi Key Laboratory of Coal and Electricity Pollution Control and Waste Resource Utilization, Institute of Resources and Environment, Shanxi University.
Chen Yigang
Doctor
Chen has been recognized as an Professor of Special Appointment (Eastern Scholar) and is a professor and doctoral supervisor in the Department of Electronic Information Materials at Shanghai University's School of Materials. He graduated as a Doctor from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Tsinghua University. Having devoted 11 years to the Karlsruhe Research Center in Germany and the Japan Institute of Industrial Technology, he is a renowned figure in the field of material science and engineering.
Li Baozhi
Senior engineer
Li is a respected senior engineer at the professor level, having graduated from the Chengdu Institute of Geology with a degree in radioactive geophysical exploration. Currently he is the Deputy Secretary-General of China Non-Metallic Minerals Industry Association (CNMIA), as well as a member of several expert committees, including the National Kaolin Expert Group, the Non-metallic Minerals Processing and Utilization Expert Group. Furthermore, he is an acclaimed expert in non-metallic mineral powder modification in China.
Shang Zhixin
Doctor
Shang is a Doctor of Materials Chemistry and Technology from China University of Mining and Technology. He was assigned to work at the Powder Engineering Laboratory of School of Materials, Tsinghua University. As the main R&D personnel, he was a part of the project “Research on Production Technology of High Dispersion Silica for Green Tyres” which was listed as an important technological project in the 12th Five-Year Plan of Shanxi Province.
