Three-In-One Jet Mill Classifier In The Laboratory Of CNPC Research Institute

The customer is the research institute and the drilling research institution, both of which are affiliated to China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). They have a number of independent, cutting-edge national laboratories and boast a wide array of import experiment equipment. When developing a new product, however, it required an item that had a compact size, high grinding and classification accuracy, with multiple functions of grinding and classification, with a high degree of automation. After various visits to ALPA factories and multiple experiments, the customer found that ALPA was the only one with the experience and quality of product that could meet the criteria, so they opted to cooperate with ALPA and purchased the three-in-one laboratory jet mill and classification equipment.

The customer, an Institute affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Science, is engaged in preparatory work for the DALIAN National Laboratory of Clean Energy (DNL) as part of the national energy development strategy. Objectives and performance measures of ALPA’s processes

The hazard and explosion-proof level of materials is taken into account when providing comprehensive safety and fire prevention measures. This includes venting, isolation, and suppression of explosions to ensure the operations are both secure and manageable.
