How it works
Wet materials are fed into the machine, where they are subjected to rapid grinding with substantial force by high temperature air flow, with linear velocity of the grinder reaching up to 90 m/s. Through the collision, friction and shearing of the materials, the contents are quickly refined and dried, before being collected by the receiver at the back.
Advantages
- This all-in-one machine combines grinding, drying and classifying, and boasts minimal heat energy consumption and minimal heat loss, resulting in a thermal efficiency of more than 70%.
- Large drying capacity and high output, with uniformly dried products. Its distinct feeding devices guarantee smooth and dependable feeding, meaning users can easily adjust the fineness and moisture content of the dry powder with fast drying speed
- The system operates under negative pressure, creating a dust-free environment. It is easy to use and maintain, as well as cost-effective. The structure is robust with a long service life, and minimal space is needed as it is very compact.
- Modification can be carried out on the machine while drying, providing good modification performance.
- The high-speed and high-temperature grinding shaft bearing is provided with a hydraulic station to supply oil for lubrication and cooling, automatic oil cut-off protection available.
- Lower end of the grinding shaft is equipped with a tray-type multi-layer seal which can prevent oil leakage and maintain the cleanliness of the work environment;
- Shaft and the base of the grinding chamber have strong structural rigidity and high critical speed, running smooth with no vibration.
- The hydraulic station functions perfectly and the return oil is filtered and cleared before being pumped into the main engine's bearings, assuring the bearings' services life in multiple years.
- The pressure gauge connected to the hydraulic station indicates the oil inlet, preventing bearings from being filled with excess oil. Also, the hydraulic station is fitted with an automated oil shutdown protection mechanism.
